RFQ-to-Quote Implementation.

A fixed-price, 90-day implementation of the RFQ-to-ERP quoting workflow for CNC and precision shops: RFQ intake, quoting, and entry into your ERP, with anything that doesn’t match held for your team.

90-day implementation

Start and finish

Starts when an RFQ reaches your inbox. Ends when the won order is entered in your ERP.

Pricing

It depends on your shop. Some shops have the workflow draft prices from their own pricing rules; others keep pricing manual. Either way, your estimator approves every price before a quote goes out.

Time from your team

A couple of hours a week, including a weekly meeting. Early on, more time with key people and decision makers to document how the process runs today.

Software

Software licenses and ERP integration are included, but neither is required: the work is built around the tools you already use.

Ownership

Your company owns the finished workflows.

After launch

Maintenance and monitoring are available on a one-year retainer.

Scoped separately as add-ons

  • Purchasing and material ordering
  • Scheduling

Start with a free review. Launch quickly.

  1. 01

    Free review

A free, 60-minute workflow review looks at where your team’s hours are actually going and where work stalls.

  2. 02

    Map and build

Map how your key people work and the judgment behind it, then configure workflows to your systems, with clear rules for what runs automatically and what waits for review.

  3. 03

    Launch and hand over

Workflows launch with live dashboards and full documentation, so the system runs without me. Exceptions are flagged and held for your team.

Every project starts with a free, 60-minute workflow review of where your team’s hours are going.
